Our Trumpf Press Brake Services are designed for those who demand precision, speed and durability, with a maximum capacity of 4.2m and 230 ton.
With two Trumpf Press Brakes, we have the capacity to process your folding efficiently. Giving you a high accuracy product at a cost effective price.
Trumpf 3100 7 axis machine, capable of complex folding of profiles up to 10mm thick, programmed offline using .Stp or .SLDPRT files.
Trumpf V2300 8 axis machine, capable of complex folding of profiles up to 16mm thick, programmed offline using .Stp or .SLDPRT files.
We have a large range of tooling that is common across these two machines. From safe edge (Hemming tools) to all the standard tooling for folding sheetmetal parts. As well as a number of radius tip tools for folding complex boat profiles.
If you have folded parts you would like a quote on, please send us your part files in the formats above and we can generate a program and a quote from this. We program our pressbrakes from solidwork part files or step files. If you want to know if your part will fold send us your drawing and we can advise.
